General Terms And Conditions

All services provided to the customer by the online shop https://hopfnung.ch are provided exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions of Hopfnung.ch. Deviating provisions shall only apply if they have been agreed in writing between Hopfnung.ch a brand of SQURI AG and the customer. The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are the basis of a fair partnership. By sending an order you agree to the GTC. Hopfnung.ch is entitled at any time to amend or supplement the GTC including all annexes (terms of delivery and payment) with a reasonable transition period. Orders received before the change will be processed according to the old GTC valid at that time.

1. Cancellation policy
Orders placed in the online shop Hopfnung.ch are binding: As beer is a product from the food segment, beers ordered cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exceptions to this rule are incorrect deliveries, deliveries that have suffered damage in transit or beers with a production defect.
To make use of the right of withdrawal, the following is necessary:

  • Check the consignment for correctness and condition immediately upon receipt.
  • Report any transport damage immediately upon receipt by e-mail to support@hopfnung.ch.

Later complaints cannot be considered (exception: production defects).

2. Shipping
The Shipping Information page at URL: hopfnung.ch/Shipment is an explicit part of these GTC.

3. Offer 
All items are available for delivery according to the availability display on the product pages. 
Small optical deviations from the illustrations of the goods are possible.

4. Payments and deliveries
The final price of the order within Switzerland and Lichtenstein includes VAT plus the stated shipping costs. 

4.1 Terms of payment
There is no minimum order value. Hopfnung.ch may exclude individual means of payment in general or for individual customers without further justification. If you pay in advance, the item will be reserved for you for 6 days. If we do not receive payment by the 7th day, the item will be released for sale again and the order cancelled. Hopfnung.ch reserves the right to make a partial delivery if this appears advantageous for a speedy processing. Special shipping methods requested by the customer will be charged at the customary local surcharge.

Payment with invoice within 30 days with our Partner swissbilling:
swissbilling SA is a service provider, that allows you to receive your order with an invoice in a simple and secure way. The maximum order for the first purchase is CHF 750.00. The invoice is payable within 30 days. 4.2 Delivery times
The delivery times are shown in more detail on the individual product pages. Hopfnung.ch is not liable for transport problems. If non-compliance with a delivery or service deadline is due to force majeure, industrial action, unforeseeable obstacles or other circumstances for which Hopfnung.ch is not responsible, the deadline will be extended accordingly.
In case of impossibility of delivery due to inability of suppliers, both Hopfnung.ch and the customer are entitled to withdraw from the contract if the agreed delivery date is exceeded by more than two months. Claims for damages due to delay or impossibility or non-fulfilment, including those which have arisen up to the point of withdrawal from the contract, are excluded. Unless a legal representative of Hopfnung.ch has acted with intent or gross negligence. You will additionally receive a dispatch notification by e-mail.

5. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Hopfnung.ch until payment has been made in full.

6. Transfer of risk
The transfer of risk takes place when the ordered goods are handed over to the carrier. Hopfnung.ch accepts no liability for damage or loss occurring in transit. In the event of externally visible damage, the customer must immediately complain to the responsible carrier and notify Hopfnung.ch accordingly. The consignment must be left in the condition in which it was when the damage was discovered.

7. Liability of the seller
Excluded from liability are in particular: Claims of the buyer for compensation for indirect, direct, consequential or incidental damages as well as any other costs incurred by the buyer in connection with the justifiably claimed goods. 
The products and services offered in our online shop are subject to Swiss law. Hopfnung.ch cannot accept responsibility in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country in which a product was delivered and placed on the market. It is therefore the responsibility of the buyer to check the legislation of the country in which he imports the goods supplied by Hopfnung.ch.
