We ship with DHL Express. We calculate the shipping costs according to the current DHL Express prices. Letters are sent with Swiss Post.
Shipping costs:
- up to 30kg CHF 8.95
- up to 60kg CHF 17.90
- Fee for close shipment (on request) CHF 15.--
Special shipping methods requested by customers will be charged with a local surcharge.
The personal shipping costs are calculated in the check-out and can be seen there. Please select the desired shipping method.
We only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (except on weekends), provided that the requested items are in stock. Hopfnung.ch reserves the right to suspend the processing and dispatch of orders on Swiss public holidays and during company holidays.
The final price of the order within Switzerland includes VAT plus the stated shipping costs.
There is no minimum order value. Hopfnung.ch may exclude certain payment methods or carriers in general or for individual customers without further justification.
