Bock

Bock Beer

Bock Beer has a long tradition and originated in the Middle Ages. Bock beers have an original wort content of more than 16 degrees Plato with an alcohol content of at least 6 to 14% and thus belong to the strong beers. Bock beer can be top or bottom fermented and the colors range from light to dark. Bock beers taste very intense and are rather pleasure beers than thirst quenchers. The craft beer scene has increasingly turned its eye to these interesting beers and is developing its own creations of an extremely traditional beer.
