Schorschbräu is a small brewery in Gunzenhausen, Bavaria, specialising in the production of strong beers. The brewery was founded in 1995 by Georg Schneider, whose goal was to brew the strongest beers in the world.

Schorschbräu is known for its Eisbock beers, which are made using a special process. In this process, water is removed from the beer after fermentation, greatly increasing the alcohol content. Schorschbräu has set several records for the strongest beers in the world, including Schorschbock 57, which contains 57% alcohol.

In addition to Eisbock beers, Schorschbräu also brews other strong beers, such as Doppelbocks, Imperial Stouts and Barley Wines.
