Buddelship Brewery was founded in Hamburg in 2014 and has been supplying the craft beer scene with great creations ever since. The first brewery
was established by Simon Siemsglüss in an old fish cannery, which unfortunately got in the way of the owner's plans in 2020. The successor solution in Wilhelmsburg had to be abandoned by Buddelship in the same year. Since then, Simon Siemsglüss has been searching for a suitable location.
Necessity is the mother of invention and so today he brews his great creations in other breweries every now and then. Simon's brewing palette is broad and varied.
From classic beers like Pils or Pale Ale to modern IPA's or Stouts, everything is included. Each new release is a pleasure and worth trying.
