Right of withdrawal
Orders placed in the online shop Hopfnung.ch are binding: As beer is a product from the food segment, beers ordered cannot be exchanged or returned.
Exceptions to this rule are incorrect deliveries, deliveries that have suffered damage in transit or beers with a production defect.
To make use of the right of withdrawal, the following is necessary:
- Check the consignment for correctness and condition immediately upon receipt.
- Report any transport damage immediately upon receipt by e-mail to support@hopfnung.ch.
Later complaints cannot be considered (exception: production defects).
