With special, hop-heavy beer creations, the Sudden Death Brewing Company has made a name for itself in Germany. The two founders Eric Nagel and Oliver Schmökel come from the small and tranquil Timmendorfer Strand on the Baltic Sea coast. Their love of ice hockey has often taken the two guys to America, where they were introduced to the world of craft beers.

Inspired by the beer styles in America, they brought the idea home and soon got to work in their own cellar. Due to Sudden Death's large fanbase, the capacity quickly became too small. Today, the guys from Sudden Death brew in their own brewery in Lübeck. Brewed is what pleases and above all, with a lot of hops.

The Sudden Death beers are characterized by distinctive notes in the taste.
